Experience

Beth is an employment law attorney with more than 20 years of experience. She handles matters with respect to employment compliance, audits, and training as well as workplace investigations. She routinely conducts employment training on the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace. Beth also conducts independent workplace investigations and equal pay audits. Additionally, she provides advice and counseling to employers and handles employee handbook preparation and reviews. She also serves as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on the Employment Panel.

Before joining KSB Law, Beth worked as a Legal Editor at XpertHR, an online compliance resource for corporate HR departments and employers. In this capacity, Beth was responsible for writing, editing, and publishing a wide variety of content on various employment-related issues such as discrimination, harassment, workplace accommodations, employee privacy, and employee conduct. Prior to this, Beth practiced as an attorney in both New Jersey and New York, representing employers in a variety of employment-related matters.

Beth has also been a speaker at various Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conferences on topics such as diversity and inclusion and rapidly changing federal, state, and local employment law issues.
