Mindfulness & Well Being

 

The Firm provides mindfulness and well-being coaching and training for businesses, public entities as well as individuals. These sessions also emphasize work-life balance and overall well- being as key components to healthy and productive work environments.

The prioritization of the mental health and well-being of employees can contribute to the success of a workplace. The following are some key areas in which the Firm can provide support to organizations:

  • Fostering self-awareness.

  • Practicing meditation and self-reflection.

Lori A. Buza has years of experience of coaching and training on both mental and physical well-being. She is the Appointed Chair of the Lawyer Well-Being Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Appointed Chair of the Lawyer Wellness Committee for the Hunterdon County Bar Association. She has been certified in Mindfulness (Levels I, II, III, and Master), Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bodyflow (Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi), and has been a practicing martial artist for over 30 years. Utilizing her extensive skill set and diverse educational background, she uses a holistic approach to the overall well-being of her clients.

Kirsten S. Branigan serves as a member of the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program Board of Trustees. The New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program is a confidential, free, and independent program assisting attorneys, judges, law students, and law graduates with substance use and mental health issues affecting personal and professional well-being. The program offers assessments, referrals to substance use disorder and mental health resources if necessary, and ongoing support.
